Pilates Class – Intermediate Level

This movement class is for people with some prior experience of Pilates who would like to challenge their practice with dynamic Pilates sequences and to move at an intermediate level.
The class will combine Pilates with developmental patterns of movement, enabling you to move in your life with strength, stability, freedom and function.
Bethia has been teaching Pilates for more than 20 years and is a mentor and educator to teachers in training. She is fully qualified, insured and deeply passionate about using movement to improve health and well being.
The class runs as a course in 6-8 week blocks during term time. There are a small number of drop-in spaces.
Participants must bring their own mat and “yoga” block or towel for use in class.
