Pilates For Women

These pilates classes are for women only and will leave you feeling wonderful.

Pilates is based on a set of principles that exercise the whole body through a range of mat-based exercises. It’s suitable for all ages and levels of ability; and with regular practice you can make positive changes to your body. Plus it’s great for your wellbeing too. Pilates can reduce pain and improve physical function, movement and wellbeing.

These classes are open to all women and there is an emphasis on pelvic floor, integrated breathing and core work, so my classes are ideal for mums or women peri to postmenopausal.

The classes are booked per 6-7 week half terms and if any spaces remain these can be booked as drop in sessions.

Please bring your own mat with you.
