Open Floor Movement Meditation

Revive… restore… re-calibrate… resource… connect… on an Open Floor with Di Hinds.
There are many different methods of movement meditation. This monthly drop-in class is a safe and supportive environment open to anyone who would like to use movement and dance to experience themselves more fully in the body; to be more alive to the present moment; to have a more authentic connection with themselves and others.
Movement meditation promotes wellness, reduces stress and anxiety, encourages preventative self-care, and creates stronger connections. Di Hinds is an Open Floor movement teacher and will be offering this experience to a wide-ranging musical soundscape.
