The Essential classes focus on introducing students to Pilates, breathing techniques and the basic exercises that form the renowned Pilates repertoire. By breaking down the moves, you’ll gain an understanding of proper technique, while still working up a sweat! These classes have something for everyone, but they are especially great for beginners or anyone looking to return to Pilates.
