Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic yoga style that combines breath and movement. This class is a Mysore style self-practice class which is the traditional way of teaching Ashtanga yoga and allows students to work through the sequence at their own pace and level. As such the class is suitable for beginners through to more experienced students. This is a small class and plenty of instruction will be given.
Howard Daly is a qualified yoga teacher; he has studied the art of adjustment; is a level three Pilates instructor and a Thai yoga masseur. His aim is to make yoga accessible and enjoyable for students of all ages and abilities, giving them the tools to deepen their knowledge and understanding of their own bodies and minds.
