Nourish! A Women’s Self-Care Workshop

Do you struggle to put your own needs first? Do you often feel drained and exhausted? Would you like to explore some simple and practical wellness tools to enhance your mood and boost your energy?
Join life coach for mums, Lavinia Brown, and nutritionist, Zoe Kirby, at our forthcoming Nourish! Workshop: a morning of nurturing and invigorating self-care for women, supporting you to create a happier and healthier body and mindset.
The workshop will include practical tools to promote self-awareness, lessen anxiety, enhance confidence and induce calm and perspective; breathing techniques to soothe as well as motivate; nutritional tips for maintaining optimal energy levels and balancing mood and hormones; self-reflection; aromatherapy oils; deep relaxation, group discussion and a mini, self-care toolkit to take home.
