Pilates with Howard Daly

Pilates focuses on correct breathing, core engagement, alignment and movement to that breath. These movements can improve posture, strength and flexibility.
Different levels of exercises will be demonstrated so this class is suitable for those new to Pilates as well as more experienced students.
This is a small class and plenty of instruction will be given. Always feel free to ask questions.
Howard is a level three Pilates instructor, a qualified yoga teacher and a Thai yoga masseur. He aims to make his Pilates classes accessible and enjoyable for students of all ages and abilities; giving them the tools to deepen their own knowledge and understanding of their bodies and minds.
